chrysalis i see your point and agree (to a point). i'm tired of the criminals having more rights than victims and tax payers copping the bill for their supposed rehabilitation. these blokes were out looking for a fight and they got one. now they have left a bloke dead and another with a broken jaw. they should get the full force of the law imo regardless of whether daddy used to bash him or uncle bob touched him up when he was 8. the cycle has to be broken.
his defence even went as far to say why should he have to wait in jail for the autopsy to be finished. is he joking? what if it was his kid dead.
