Aggie , thats a good observation , the grass is greener just over the hill has been flogged to death by POH & the stock facists . The market just doesn't believe it anymore and closer inspection of their management style can compound that sentiment .
Of course an oxy deal 'may' happen at any time & catch the market sleeping rewarding the faithful.
