Labor has managed to increase net debt by $192 Billion according to your table.
That is a massive debt increase by any measure and by far the biggest increase in any 5 year period in that table.
It shows that Labor are completely out of control and never had a hope of returning a surplus.
Labor just dont get the fact that expenditure and income need to be matched. They think that a spend of 2% of GDP is fine, no matter what the income actually is. Clowns.
