The current valuation is what it is given all of these factors as this is the price that the market values the company at with all of these factors as a given.
Fiscal cliff, RE prices, production, protests, market price for basket etc.
Everything is factored into one single piece of information - the shareprice.
The SP contains every single piece of information available and breaks it down to a single factor - value of the company given everything that is going on.
Currently 62c. If it was worth more then someone would pay more, less and they would pay less.
