your logic is self feeding because, as you say 'right now, mr market is right'... however, once that hidden value is unlocked, and sp rises, then 'right now, mr market will be right'.
I think it's fair to say that the market is not perfect... otherwise there would not be spkes or flash crashes without any reason in the real world.
The market is always moving to find perfection, but I consider it to be easily swayed from perfect by those willing and able.
