If I had my way I would be on a small holding on the south coast of WA with a few breeders for baby beef.
Have spent a good deal of time in Kalgoolie / Nullabor / Meekatharra pastoral country and saw Brahman cattle used to great success. Also saw some success with Dorper sheep and very much like the robust character of many goat breeds.
