Brahman are obviously great when it gets over 30 degrees Celcius with high humidity also tick resistant but if I was around Kal or Meekethara I would probably go for a Brahman crossed with a European breed (ie angus hereford shorthorn) to get faster weight gains and quicker maturing but still have the heat and tick resistance. Cross Breeds of European allready out there ie Santa gertrudis Droughtmaster, Australian Brangus Australian Braford or you could create your own unregistered breed just using brahman semen over angus or hereford or shorthorn. Or if you are really into it and colse to a vet could do embryo transplants from a registered herd into a donor cow to start a breeding herd quickly.
There are charolais cross breeds to like mandalong and Australian Charbray but they dont seem to common
