I did not state the result of the bouncers actions were justified.
The results were a very unfortunate outcome of the actions, as it is hard to see how anything inside your head could be damaged any further
What the jury found Gyro is that the bouncers actions were justified (not the outcome of those actions) based on either they did believe Hookes had thrown the first punch
or at the very least there was enough resonable doubt (probably based on the fact even Hookes team mates stated he was acting aggresively) that he had thrown the first punch.
