Not really. Just a social trend as I see it. Until the last 12 months I was broadly unaware of uproar related to treatment of animals in abbatoirs. The treatment hasn't changed. Either social consciousness has or people are being manipulated by the media. But I think people see themselves as having been enlightened rather than manipulated. Behavioural change will follow.
