I find coles meat a bit of a hit and miss. Some steaks have been superb while others pretty poor.
Where would a local butcher get his meat from? Does he buy it using a grade system? I want to be able to buy good meat every time with consistency.
I had some Wagyu tataki today. I wouldn't mind cooking up a whole steak of similar quality!!
