I was aware of the seasonal issues having some impact....hence my questions.

Theres nothing sinister, undermining or whatever other conspiracy theories some might want to create.

Seems my post was misunderstood....lets rephrase it:

"Did PLV state when they thought the enviro approvals might be completed when they do finally lodge them?"

I recall we had an ex WA Govt official working with the company. He'd have a pretty good idea wouldn't he?

Less defensive personal reactions and more proactive discussion might see this thread be much healthier - that in turn leads to more good PR for PLV.
