NB; it's been only a month since last announcements and at least 2 and half weeks weren't much active for any work and even for the trades.
In my opinion, they ain't taking too long, it's just we are being impatient. However, as the news can be anytime selling now would not be a wise decision as you can expect this to go up very quickly once the the news out.
I think, it will take lot less time for our investment to get good return than openning any other business or store for example.
So Let's just chill and wait for the good news and let management and crew to do their jobs.
