Did FMG ever confirm by way of an anouncement that they were taking a position in OBL and a stake in the Derby Block? I'm beginning to think that Neil and Kim may have interpreted a passing interest from FMG as a firm deal, otherwise, why the delay? Certainly not a good look. Unless there is some news soon, I might have to think about exiting.
