Well aware of the dilutive effect of issuing more and more shares.

The situation just seems hopeless. If we ever see a profit the only benefit will be to La Hoya cashing in and continually crushing any chance for shareholders.

It's unbelievable really. Unless you are a shareholder you would not believe any of this.

Imagine trying to tell somebody about this company. It's history and current situation. I've tried and they just laugh at you. They think you're bull$hiting or exagerating at best. Probably why it has been such a demoralising and humbling experience.
