I think Assumptas comparison is purely in relation to the corporate structure and recapitalisation. For both companies this resulted in certain people having a massive interest in the company, post change.
A great way for prospectors to increase wealth if you see an opportunity, have the capital, knowledge/skill and the risk appetite.
Then again, there are plenty of ASX companies where board members have a significant interest.
