lol, you don't know much about it do you voltaire? A fair proportion of Australians right now do not have any fixed connection to their home. You will never get 100% participation. The government business plan expects 70%. Never been attained anywhere else in the world. They will not get anywhere near 70%. Then what? How do they cover costs? Prices go up. How do they sell an unprofitable business as they pan on doing? By offering concessions. This NBN white elephant is going to end up costing more than you can imagine over it's life. In the meantime many hospital beds being closed down all over Victoria. It's gross mismanagement. This government is a joke.
