I sold my shares a few weeks ago - so do not really care one way or the other re CTP.

If you have been following CTP for the last year or so - you would know that shareholders do not always agree with management- and can cause them some grief if management are not seen to be doing the right thing by shareholders.
To answer your other question - if I still held my shares and a Chinese company offered a substantial figure for them -(thereby gaining control of the company) and I had no control over this situation - make no mistake - I would have nothing further to do with the company.

Your thoughts on the matter are obviously different to mine - but sometime you have to look a bit further then the end of your nose. Try telling the ruling Chinese masters that they have to change their attitude and look after their shareholders and see how you get on !!

I may buy some CTP again - as per my sentiment. Mainly if they get some money coming in and control of the company stays in private investors hands
