My problems with AVB are many but you cannot simply quote stocks that are appreciating in share price and use them as your reference for AVB's relative non-performance

sp is ireelevant....it's market cap which counts and these stocks you quote have market caps still way below that of AVB

They are just now going through the re-rate stage which AVB went through 2 years ago

As I've said before, AVB's market cap is where it should be relative to its stage of development...the market hasn't got it wrong
