I refuse to believe that the government and its assorted bureaucrats do not know that they are flogging a dead horse, of course they must know, but they have painted themselves into a corner and they have to keep flogging it as long as they are in power
Everyone knows that after the next election the music will stop, but also obviously they hope that the debt that they are putting Australia into will assist them to regain power when the next government has to try and pay all the debts.
Forget what is being said just look at the facts, they don't care if no one believes them
The take up rate is unimportant as technology will provide an alternative so it is irrelevant how many take it up.
Although some on here are saying that wireless is crap, just look at wireless 10 years ago and now, a similar improvement will put the NBN into the history books as the most expensive failed piece of technology ever put onto the backs of working Australians
