so you presume theres only scumbag areas and rich areas, no in between? people dont want to live in the scum bag areas and we know we will most likely never afford the cottesloe's and i dont want everything right now but im not about to get myself into a lifetime of debt to move into a scumbag area and be stuck there for 30 years. what about the in between suburbs that have become unaffordable, the dianella type suburbs, the suburbs in the hills etc, you need 500k, 600k, 700k to buy in these areas
