Second house area's. My nephew is under 30 and no big earner. Bought a fixer upper in Gosnells, real dump. Sold for a small profit after 3 years. Bought in Forrestfield does not like it but has fixed it up and is now looking at Bayswater. Works as a fork lift driver gave up cricket career to get second job on week end. Married with one child. Perth has caught up with Sydney and Melb. you cannot expect country town prices any more. Face reality those areas you mentioned may fall but not back to $350,000 levels. Maybe not fair but that is the reality.
