Its an interesting idea Happycats. Stumbled across this report from the Canadians who looked at the Philippine cattle industry and I think there might be a few good opportunities there.

I think Australia already exports about 20,000 odd ton of beef to the Philippines each year but this probably comprises a large proportion of low grade – manufacturing cuts to keep the price down.
