This is my point. Hanrahan is someone who takes a keen interest in political/economic issues. He thinks we have a productivity problem because that's all you ever hear on the subject. Productivity to the best of my knowledge is running at double the long term trend. I wouldn't wait to read about it in an article in the Australian or on talkback radio because it doesn't suit the agenda of anti government propaganda.
