6 months later June 2011 PLV was 80c - Fundamental value must be being ignored by the market ? chart is showing a buying opportunity ? lets double up by averaging down - Clever right ? no not clever the chart was telling a different story to the " perceived " fundamental value.

12 months later Jan 2012 PLV is 30c - The market have got this completely wrong ? that's $1 less Than 12 months ago - lets back up the truck - Forget the chart its been wrong for a year surely it cant go any lower ? Wrong
