1stocks1 You would be better to hold your fire and wait 10 days then send off an email stating that they did not fulfill the conditions of 17.2 last notice and they have not fulfilled an obligation to update the market with a subsequent update. If you try to enforce it at the moment you wont get anywhere. It could be both PL and Maredi both cant be sure. I think you may not have to wait the 10days.
I beleive you will get an update if you are patient. You are of course right and I did force a fresh notice recently for the same infraction
The truth is they probably dont know how long to wrap this up. Be patient----I know I know dont klobber me on that statement!
