    It sure is, buy when everyone is bitchin, sell when everyone is hyping. Bet DTE has been a serious falling knife and that's the chart of speccies in a bear market. They are a shorters haven cos not cash positive. Even though potential is there and foundations are set in place, this one will remain in a range trading realm untilsome major news is announced. At least HKBC leant them 100 mill.
