any reason why amx would try to do this. it would broden the investor base signicantly AND help those that want to give them money.
PIR looks like they may do it, from what i understand take overs are easier when a company is on the CA exchanges? I don't know much about this but maybe others do and can help provide some information on this point.
Side note: i picked up one LAST batch of ampella in the past week. I'm done and holding until we get to $2. then i'll re-evaluate
