Don't know much about Noosa except that apartment prices have been slaughtered from previous highs. Let's be honest 600k for a one bedder is a joke. 280k reflects fairer value. Given the magnitute of the price drops reported 40-60% it's probably worth a buy if you can find something you like at a reasonable price.
