Just saw your post bones. Welcome back to the forum. As can be seen the jousting goes on but with a lot of new entrants to the game. Have a feeling the political parties are branching out into all media and bona fide HC stocks members such as you, I and number of others are now in the minority imo.
As a mod you did your best to maintain order here and I thank you for that. PD, Dub and others continue cutting out some of the really bad stuff.Regrettably it has become more nasty and personal now, than it used to be and many of the posts are focussed on offending the poster rather than discussing politics. Before anyone jumps on me I admit to have joined the fray and on occasions have responded in kind.

Objective and fair posting even when you support the Coalition isnt acceptable to some here. You have to be a rabid right winger tea party toting anti all things labor otherwise you are just another inconsequential lefty lol.
On Abbotts volunteering its a positive and good luck to him if it coincidentally works for him politically. He certainly needs anything positive lol. Like hundreds of thousands of australians he belongs to a volunteer organisation and just because he is a politician ought not diminish his role in a volunteer capacity. Political life does carry the burden of everything you do being questioned and people making what they will out of it.
