The following is the text of a letter that I have forwarded to
Mr. Greg Tanzer,
Acting Chairman,

Your ref. CCC11\0338 - CuDeco(CDU) Limited – Trading.

Dear Mr. Tanzer,

I wrote to Mr. Medcraft on the 6th December, 2012, requesting an in-depth investigation into the trading of CuDeco(CDU) Securities on the Australian Securities Exchange(ASX), especially on the 18th August, 2010.

I have not received a reply back to date. This was an earnest representation and involves the trading of securities on the ASX. In fact it is much too important to be swept under the carpet. The matter needs to be resolved to alleviate the concerns of all retail shareholders trading on the Australian Securities Exchange(ASX).

In my letter of the 6th December, 2012, I particularly referred to the question of an unsigned broker report on F...... letterhead with a price target of $1.20 soon after CuDeco securities resumed trading on the 18th August, 2010. I wanted an investigation to test the authenticity of the document and an audit of the day’s trading of CDU securities.

F...... S........... had previously put out a recommendation of $9.60 per share for CuDeco on the 26th August, 2009, with analysis based on expected grades around 2% Copper. F...... were also prominent as sellers in the Pre -Open Auction to commence trading on the 18th August, 2010.

Price volatility with CuDeco(CDU) Securities on the 18th August, 2010,caused severe margin loss selling resulting in shares being stripped from CDU retail holders.

The current investigation into the Whitehaven Coal hoax is a typical example.

The F..... document needs to be investigated by ASIC to find out whether any illegality occurred.
