    re: what the.....lsg theory Always thought it was strange for the LSG reps to jump off the boards of LAF and SED at around the same time, with the almost reluctant ackowledgement that the respective company is up and running and no longer needs our guiding hand on board.

    Then why didn't the LSG rep jump ship from LVR as well?

    If you look at the LSG cash position they are comparatively fully invested and may like to liquify some of their holdings.

    They already have a hefty exposure to the Philippines with their IRN position.

    Could they be orchestrating some sort of takeout/merger? The only effective way for them to liquify there positions is to get them knocked off (MPM and the East Africa story). Maybe make them bigger first with a friendly merger-(Spinifex and Gallery?).

    Just a little rumour mongering.......
