I like it that GRY is being heavily shorted. It means that the weaker hands are being shaken out. Shorting is also happening with the better goldie producers for seasonal reasons as fundies are facing redemptions.
My view is that unless GRY management gets a wriggle on then it will be taken out soonish - probably by the end of 2013.
Bought back in yesterday and will hold for the medium term unless the market looks like cracking.
I think Gunga has this one wrong - GRY is far more likely to find a bidder than AMX will at a reasonable price.
