well, I just click "Print Screen" on the keyboard. Then open Paint, paste the screen image and cut out the chart and save it. I think in Windows XP you can save it directly as jpeg. I can't though since I run ancient Windows 98.
Then I open ACDSee (free program, www.download.com) and save it again as jpeg. Then go to www.photobucket.com and upload it into my account. Then I just copy and paste the TAG field into H/C.
