    Unless I am mistaken, the FAQ listed the following -

    'Can H/L reduce the original offer price of $0.57 ?

    ANSWER - NO..!

    Can SDL raise the offer price ?

    ANSWER - NO..!!

    To a simpleton like me, it appears we actually have one more move before it's check-mate - game over...???
