My guess is that that there is no other suitor because big mouth GJ announced to the world this is a China only deal. Is this in the best interest of shareholders to limit to one suitor? Blind Freddy can see it is not. Unless someone corrects me, this is the first I have ever heard of a board public announcing that we only one company to t/o us and no others after a first t/o offer. I just cannot comprehend to this day why he would make such an anoonucement unless something is dodgy. If it not, why are we not told of the reasons?
