He's right...there's no public Sdl announcement that our suitor must be Chinese
But his comments are correct
It's not a USA deal....it's not a south African deal...it's not an Aussie deal
It is a China deal...they buy 99% of what Sdl owns..that's iron ore
They also have the balance sheet to do the deal
His comments dont prevent anyone from lobbying a bid
We aren't restricted in anyway...a hostile bid by a counter was and is always open...even with the no shop policy
