"warming", page-141

I'll do a deal: I will refrain from using the word "alarmist" until I'm called a "denier" again.

Will not last as long as a Middle East peace pact.

But why do you object? It really is an accurate term. The conspirators deliberately set out to cause alarm preaching the end of the world.

I have no objection to the term "sceptic", wear it as a badge of honour, and you guys know it. That's why you try to tear the badge off me by saying I'm not a "true sceptic" and then get personal again and tell me about my personal shortcomings.

The name calling started with the warmists when they first thought "septic" had unsavory overtones. "Sceptics" thought it honourable to belong to this group so the warmists had to come up with something else that could never be honourable: "Denier". Even that suffered from overuse so they coined a brand new word "denialist" thinking it had a sharper edge.

I don't think you have any moral ground, high or low, to stand on while objecting to terminology.

But a deal is a deal, I will refrain from using the "A" word until I'm called a denier again.
