    Has anyone been able to find much about JR? Or more so been able to contact him?

    Are many ppl taken up the SPP?

    And i think in regards to ASIC they need approxiametly 50 complaints lodged before they will act. I have been contacted via email by other holders and it would seem that quite a few ppl have voiced there concers with ASIC but more is needed.
