Seroberro the cocky owner is still the owner, the sales rep has no claim on that asset until they achieve the sale as promised and at the price agreed when they took the contract both parties agreed the terms. If i go to a car yard and chat to two different sales reps and buy a car from the second one i will pay one lot of commission, if the reps wish to share the commission they can sort that out between themselves.
