hi there i agree 50 pc does seem to high,i would say maybe 30 pc this takes into account food that doesnt make it to grading,blemmished produce still has the same food value,maybe for a sustainable planet we could lower our expectatons on looks.then there is waste from producer to point of sale.then when we buy from the shops and if dont use from our fridges.then when we cook not all food is eaten.geazz theres a carbon footprint!!!
