    If the deal falls over OBL has a very exposed cash position and will need a cap raising immediately at god knows what price. The Native Title for the Derby block will be useless without any cash, but it will be great for BRU.

    So I am still confident that the deal will go ahead, but it really must be announced now. We have been patient enough.
