i think the market is overreacting. The results confirm pretty much what the company expected. They have made a discovery... and now they need to start to build it up and see how big it is. It's not bad news at all... but lots were hyping on about silly outcomes from the halt. Too much build up... too much panic. But this is a decent result for the stage of the game they are at.
