halifax-1 lng gas fraccing very slow ,no info

how do you feel about ICN lack of interest by the Management to release market information under the name ICN energy, relevant information on Halifax-1 that would actually attract attention of new investors or may even increase the SP. seems that ICN leaves it all up to BPT, and for BPT to get the credit for the Halifax-1 GAS potential. therefore leaving the ICN share price stagnant at a few cents, or very sluggish movement at best.
Is ICN going to have to be MADE dependent by BPT to buy the gas from BPT in order to fill the Gas Sales agreement with China and ICN energy ??????.
How will that affect the SP for ICN investors ?.
seems though the cash will all go to BPT instead and Not go to ICN share holders.
Seems ICN management is very slack in making progress on any of its wells, in particular APT855. JV. it has only one little well, while BPT has multiple wells just across the boarder.
