And in fairness to PLV, the relationship here appears not great with WEG.

The worst thing PLV could do now was say anything that might undermine or support/reinforce the unprofessional behaviour of any of their associates or their failure to meet conditions.

PLV needs to demonstrate professionalism. It chose a partner. It needs to be seen as having a sound relationship to instill market confidence.
Thats hard when your partners behaviour has been demonstrated to be inconsistent and erratic.

But its necessary. By explaining that failure it might damage PLV...maybe i'm way wrong on that assumption.

I don't need to know what condition it was, but understand how others might.

Any interaction with MD/PLV here I want to see real value add re current/future developments, so would rather that time spent here be focused on that rather than getting to even beginning to understand the complexities of that relationship with WEG.

The failure demonstrated to me that WEG is trying to punch above its weight with its opportunistic biz deals and its reliance on its associations that may help it to do business in the future.

PLV made a statement saying sorry you couldn't cut it. It spoke volumes to me about that relationship.

Questions around drilling, future prospects etc are much more appealing to me.
