I think CR will be in the region of 14-15c and that is why they are calling a Trading Halt. The company has become concerned about recent activity in its securities as the share price was telling us yesterday....the word was out and people were heavily buying in at a discount to the CR.

Why would buyers yesterday and this morning with the knowledge
of a CR do so with such aggressiveness if they knew that the CR was at lower price than what they were buying.
