Given the fact that FMG have walked away i wonder what spooked them?
The risk v the cash they have available you would think that an investment of this size would be deemed low risk and worth speculating on..
My understanding is that FMG approached OBL about the initial deal so why the sudden change of heart?
On the surface it appears to be a low risk move for a company the size of OBL - would love to have been a fly on the wall during the negotiations
