Actually I think that is smart to leave money in the bank and good accounting along with making a strong balance sheet.. Too many CEO's/ directors get wreck less and spend money.. Then if there is cost blows or more capex they have to tap the market for funds..
I say good onya Bill for keeping the cash the bank and focusing on their core asset!!
Also most likely another divi to be paid later in the year!
