Dear fan club

I post on RES as I consider myself a specialist in identifying grossly underperforming assets.

I do not attack you personally nor do I come with motherhood statements such as being a hater or lover.

I do not urinate on my own back and convince myself that it is rain with rubbish like "finance is due any day now".. Which has been going on for 6 months now.

Instead i simply provide balance and a reality check.
