Big media, mining & oil executives do well but often not the small shareholders stick to small industrials with high ROE & executives who have skin in the game or gamble on penny dreadfuls. WPL has been a dog of a stock in recent years the only winners unless you did all right day trading on it were the executives, lobbyists & mining service companies.
