History unequivocally demontrates he has the weapons, has the where-with-all to use them and will not disarm.
For whatever reasons...the US has drawn a line in the sand and in my view, one they will not resile from.
Given that....the release of info on the locations would, I think, be perhaps THE most critical and sensitive pieces of the puzzle.
The Yanks will use it to their advantage, as they should
